~*Chicken in the Field Casserole*~

~2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
~1 Cup White, Long Grain Rice
~1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
~1/2 Stick (4 Tbs. or 1/4 Cup) Butter
~1 Packet Chicken Gravy Mix
~1 Packet Mushroom Gravy Mix
~1/2 Tsp. Rosemary
~1/2 Tsp. Basil
~1/2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper
~1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
~Bread Slices
~Colby Jack Cheese

~Preheat oven to 400F (200C).

~Boil Chicken Breasts for 25-30 minutes.

~Cook and thoroughly wash Rice.

~Cook gravies according to package directions. Combine with Butter and Spices on medium heat until Butter is fully melted.

~Cut Boiled Chicken Breasts into bite-sized pieces.

~In a bowl, combine Chicken, Gravies, Rice and Corn.

~Line a greased 9"x13" baking dish with Bread Slices. Layer in Cheese, Rice/Chicken mixture and more Bread Slices in a Lasagna-like pattern. Top with more Colby Jack.

~Bake for 10-15 minutes.

~Let rest on counter for 10 minutes before serving.
