~*Golden Gnocchi Chowder*~
~1 Can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
~1 Can (Equal to Soup) Whole Milk
~1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Butter
~1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
~1/2 Tsp. each Fennel Seed, Basil, Chives, Salt, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Powder.
~1/4 Cup Parmesan
~Shredded Mozzarella (For Garnish)
~Bacon Bits (For Garnish)
~1/2 Package Gnocchi
~Cook Gnocchi according to package directions. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
~Combine Soup, Milk, Butter, Spices and Parmesan in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and warm.
~Stir Gnocchi and Corn into soup and raise heat to medium, stirring constantly until a gentle simmer is achieved. DO NOT BOIL!!!
~Serve hot, topped with Mozzarella and Bacon Bits for garnish.
