~1 Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
~1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
~1/2 Tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
~1 Tbs. Confectioner's Sugar
~1/4 Tsp. each Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Ground Ginger and Pizza Seasoning.
~Oil for frying
~Heat enough oil to submerge chicken (Depending on your cooking vessel) to 375F (190C).
~In a plastic bag, combine Spices, Confectioner's Sugar and Flour. Shake until evenly combined.
~Add Chicken to bag and secure closed. Shake until Chicken is evenly coated.
~Cook chicken in small batches so as not to cool down your oil. Cook each batch for 5-6 minutes.
~Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
